Lawrence has over 27 years experience in business development - working primarily with tribes and Native American enterprises. He also has over 18 years of executive management experience and for the past ten years, his focus has been on technology and telecommunications development and federal contracting.
Lawrence is a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma and is involved in several cultural societies of the Kiowa Tribe. He is also a member of two tribal veterans organizations in the Northwest. He is the owner of SpottedBird Development, LLC as well as the Tribal International Trade Center, LLC.
